My name is Bart Brysse and I always loved sport. As a kid I expressed this love via
competitive Judo and football. Later on I continued by studying Physicall Education at
One day a friend of mine challenged me to do a CrossFit workout to really test my fitness seeing my sportive background I accepted gladly. A couple of days later we did benchmark workout FRAN. I remember me asking him if he was sure this was the entire workout 45 reps per exercise with ‘only’ 40 kg on the barbell ? It goes without saying that Fran crushed me and I was completely hooked. This was already 4 years ago. In the mean while I started practicing the sport on a daily basis and challenged my friends to join me in the different challenges CrossFit has to offer. By coaching them I found my love for coaching people towards better movement and towards their goals So after a few months I educated myself further via the CF-L1 , CF-L2 and the CrossFit Weightlifting trainer course in order to continue passing on the information about fitness. For me there is nothing more satisfying then helping someone on their way to a healthier and better life!
My name is Sergiu and I always had an attraction for sports that implies fun and varied
movements. From the age of 10 to 12 I practiced football and sportive dance and then, latter
on my 20s I started to be crazy in love with kick boxing, fighting in professional competitions.
I remember I had a time when I was feeling pretty week during my fights, not having that much resistance; by the same time a friend of mine asked me if I want to try an outdoor workout, a CrossFit workout, which was something like this: run for 400 m with a sand bag of 30 kilos on your shoulder, with some other functional exercises in between. To be honest, I thought at that moment that it will be piece of cake, considering myself in a very good shape. Well, it was hard like hell, in the end I was completely done and down.
Afterwards, driven by the hard core effect of CrossFit workouts, I have discovered the barbell exercises, the weight-lifting, the full menu. I started to challenge my sparring colleagues to the specific CrossFit moves, taking examples from Youtube movies but especially training and working together with Bart on this. We both started to learn and do very well the moves and we realised that this is more than us wanting to perform by ourselves, we just like to learn and train people CrossFit style and to learn them to move better in general. For this I followed the CF+L1 course in Brussels, with a very experimented team of trainers, so I took the necessary knowledge about CrossFit, to be able to share them and practice them with our future friends, colleagues, clients, therefore to inspire them both to quality workouts and healthy lifestyle.
