About Us

At Smart Move CrossFit we change lives! We do this by teaching you simple nutritional habits and following smart and safe training principles. When you walk into the facility, we are not like most. You will notice that there are no machines that force your into a restricted range of motion, limiting your results. WE ARE THE MACHINES!

By training functional movement patterns which include squatting, pushing, pulling, throwing, and jumping. Training this way ensures full range of joints and muscles, strengthening the entire body and allowing you apply these movements into everyday life where you will be much healthier and happier! With all of these principles in mind, we apply them all to a group training environment which provides accountability and motivation while you are training with your friends. We will help you reach your goals, whether that may be loosing those extra pounds, getting stronger and more defined, or just looking good naked!
